She provides extensive education to each client addressing mobility, strength, ergonomics, hydration, nutrition, and rest. Meredith is uniquely qualified in working with men, women and children of all ages and skill levels integrating issues of musculoskeletal and nervous systems with individual rehabilitation programs.
Meredith is passionate about working with female athletes in all stages of life. She has extensive knowledge involving female hormonal cycles and how they impact sports performance.
