Meredith Johnson joined TRUE NORTH PT in January 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Meredith graduated from Emory University with her MPT in 2000, and she graduated from University of Alabama in 1997 with her BS in Sports and Fitness Management. Meredith is also a Military Brat, and a Military Spouse so she has varied work experience in Georgia, Colorado, Kentucky, Virginia, Hawaii, Alabama, and Japan. Meredith brings her belief in ‘MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE’ to TRUE NORTH. She is uniquely qualified in working with clients of all levels integrating issues of musculoskeletal and nervous systems with individual rehabilitation programs.
Meredith’s passion is in working with young athletes, and she has extensive knowledge in helping them understand smart, safe training. She does extensive education with each individual addressing mobility, strength, hydration, nutrition, and rest. Meredith also works extensively with female athletes, and their particular issues with training smart throughout their cycles.
Meredith’s goal is ‘for my clients to be life long movers/athletes’.
