As a licensed Physical Therapist, Caroline assesses your body systems and their functions, evaluates your individual movement patterns from walking to breathing and then determines where dis-ease or dysfunction begins. Your rehabilitation program will always consist of a combination of manual therapy techniques, movement re-education, Neuro-motor retraining, and therapeutic exercise specifically designed for YOUR needs. Your program will be appropriate for your health and fitness level with your lifestyle and goals in mind.
WellnessWellness is defined as ‘a healthy balance of body, mind and spirit that results in and overall feeling of being well’. TRUE NORTH offers individualized ‘Wellness’ care for Pro-active individuals and for those who might need just a little assistance in staying ‘well’. Licensed Physical Therapists are able to provide Wellness care without the need for authorization from your doctor similar to sessions provided by Massage Therapists and Personalized Trainers. Under Wellness, you may receive manual therapy, movement based therapy, or a combination of both that best suits your needs.
